As part of the European project MAIA Resilience EU, we created the travelling exhibition “The Drivers of Change” together with BC3 (Basque Centre for Climate Change), Inmedia Solutions and Iván Bravo. Our challenge: transforming complex scientific information into understandable knowledge that inspires and motivates people to act.

The MAIA project facilitates access to scientific knowledge on climate adaptation. We showcase what the data indicates, European initiatives and proposals from innovators and scientists, creating a space where deep understanding of these topics enables people to take concrete, informed actions.

Social innovation was the central axis of this project, recognising that the best climate solutions need people willing to adopt them. We used information design as a transformative tool, creating a bridge between scientific complexity and public understanding.

Our approach consisted of translating technical data into accessible visual narratives, where each infographic and visual element not only explained concepts, but also generated emotional connection and inspired action.

In Milan, students from various schools actively participated, confirming that the best designs for the future are born in spaces of shared inspiration. The exhibition continues its journey to Matera.
